NETgraphe Inc., invites all the journalists at a press meeting, at the Caf‚
‚lectronique (1425, Ren‚-L‚vesque Ouest, Montr‚al), friday April 16, at 10h.
M. Copti will explain why and how NETgraphe Inc, known as the editor of
``La Toile du Qu‚bec', intends to go public by taking of control Cristobal
Ressources Inc., a public company listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange
(trading symbol : CTV), as released yesterday.
In the next months, NETgraphe intends to raise money through the public,
after of course receiving the agreement of the proper authorities.
