NETgraphe Becomes First Internet Company in Quebec to go Public

MONTREAL, July 12 /CNW/ - Normand Drolet, executive director, and Marc
Copti, development director for NETgraphe Inc., cordially invite media
representatives to a briefing that will be held after the NETgraphe Inc.
annual shareholders' meeting. The briefing will take place at 11 a.m. on
