Good point. We already have proof that Pennsylvania Merchant Group was soliciting the bonds at a premium to market price in 1997. Goldman Sachs is another alleged participant in the buy the bonds/short the stock fraud. Andrew McNally is alleged to have had close ties to Goldman Sachs. T. Kimball Brooker, allegedly, is smack in the center of it all. All the deceptions will unravel once court-approved depositions are obtained.
