Mr. Frederick.. I think the difference between open discussion, venting frustrations, debating positions and a deliberate effort to effect the price of a stock is: The facts... So you are in fact right in your premise.. The reason I've kept mute is not fear of lawsuits and such.. It's more not wanting to wallow in the filth posting at RB.. I'm not talking about the legitimate shareholders complaining about the lack of info coming from the company, but the idiots that sign up new aliases and hit and run.. Then you have guys answering them. What possible good does that do.. I won't dignify their posts with answers.. Plus I have a thread here #Subject-30397 to monitor and it takes more time than you'd think..<gg> There are other companies under assault by much larger forces than the Cro-Mags on the IDCN board.. ZSUN is one.. They have a SLAPP suit against 8 members of SI.. Which will probably go nowhere because the things they were posting that got them sued, for the most part, have turned out to be true..LOL!! All they did in suing was turn a spotlight on themselves..
