Duker,

The Rosenblatts and Scruggs'es of the world want to target the SemiCap, Semiconductor, and Software companies

This may not be so far-fetched after all. Last night I saw a piece on CNN(?) where the CA attorney general is suing all keymakers in his state because of the lead content in keys(a lead content which is something 1/50th of that which is even considered somewhat questionable). Their argument was that some keys make it into the mouths of children and therefore this is a public health issue.

Seems as if those who live their lives recklessly get protection from the govt, while those out there taking risks and creating wealth, are taxed in more and more ways to support the mistakes of the former. The amazing thing to me is the sheer arrogance of the lawyers thinking that they can somehow repeal Darwin's Law with a few pieces of legislation.

Only in America!
