QUOB at 90 cents

First Internet Product Sale to Federal Government
Business/Technology Editors

ROSLYN HEIGHTS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 19, 1999--QueryObject Systems Corporation (OTC:QUOB)(BSE:QOB) today announced that it has signed a reseller agreement with AmerInd, Inc., of Alexandria, VA. AmerInd is a reseller of information technologies with the mission of delivering best value solutions to the Federal Government. The QueryObject software, which converts source data into an efficient Internet analysis environment, will allow AmerInd to offer Federal agencies the ability to better understand their "business" by quickly analyzing massive amounts of data, and, where appropriate, distributing that data over the Internet for use by businesses and taxpayers. Concurrent with the reseller agreement, the companies made their first joint sale to an organization of the Department of Defense (DoD). "We believe the QueryObject solution is ideally suited to government applications," said Bill Martinous, Project Director for AmerInd, Inc. "The ability to efficiently analyze the very large volumes of data generated by government systems, and to effectively make the results of that analysis available over the Internet, is a key component of efficient, open government. In our evaluation of the QueryObject System for our initial government installation, we proved that with QueryObject we were able to build multi-dimensional analytical data sources in hours versus the days or weeks we had been devoting to other tools. The resulting QueryObjects are not only more comprehensive in terms of the data they store, but also smaller and therefore easier to handle and less resource consumptive. Since the QueryObject pricing model makes this one of the most cost-effective Internet analytical environments we have seen to date, we expect this to be a very successful product within the Federal Government." "QueryObject's forte is in the effective analysis and Internet distribution of very large databases," added QueryObect CEO, Robert Thompson. " We've always known there was a natural fit in government information applications, but had been looking for a business partner with the skill and presence of AmerInd before we tackled that market. We expect AmerInd to become one of our most successful resellers over the next 12 months."

Sure wish it would get NASDAQ listing back. Jack
