Re writing covered calls.....I assume ....the Nov's....and just out of the money..correct

Tim, depends on your what you're comfortable with as an outcome. You'll get more money for just out-of-the-money calls (eg $13 for Nov 220s vs $4-1/4 for Nov 250s) but are much more likely to lose your shares. In my case I would be writing calls against my core position of Q shares. So, I don't particularly want to give them up (and pay the taxes). But if I did it, I would sell the Nov 250 calls for 4-1/4 and hope Q is under 250 at expiration. Or I might sell the Dec 250s for 8-7/8 or the Jan 250s for 13-1/4 and hope to buy them back cheaper on a dip.

I'm unlikely to any of the above. Last time I did, Q took off and I ended up buying back the calls for more than I sold them for. For me, the few dollars I would have made wasn't worth the anxiety of it all.
