Richard, "Follow the money." Wow, what a great idea. Go ahead, give me FACTS re the money. No conjecture, only FACTS.

Of course it is possible that GPGI is privately still selling stock, BUT all of the stock they sell privately (including, I believe, stock to employees in lieu of cash) is restricted stock. If Jensen or other insiders are selling their own stock, even though they are not a "reporting" company, I believe they still have to report their sales as "insider" sales - as Twiford's wife did about a year ago for a small amount. Look at the "insider" sales report for GPGI: no sales or anticipated sales reported since 1,000 shares in June or July. Also, if the insiders believe that cash flow is close because of the new process with company X why would they sell stock at these prices???

Sorry Richard but your theory that the reason for the stock decline and the high volume is due to GPGI or insiders selling stock to raise money doesn't quite add up.

Regards,
Bob
