With the big holiday season for consumer electronics purchases coming up, it should be soon. The bankruptcy situation could be over on Monday with a call from Seoul to Glenview. The deal: bondholders made whole, minority shareholders diluted 50%, ORG to get 10% equity stake, MOT or MSFT to buy 10% equity stake and LGE continue to have majority control. Win/Win/Win, the best deal for the entire community of Zenith Electronics, Inc. and LG Electronics.
