Marty Schwartz, in Market Wizards, talks about hiring 4 people, how he tried to clone himself and that it didn't work. They became intimidated. Even though they were taught all his methodologies he asserts that you can't teach them the anxiety, stress, emotional side of trading. That facet each must experience and learn by themself.
