I question the motive of anyone who seems intent on saving my soul.
It seems rather perverse that you would be so concerned about our
welfare. Wouldn't you welcome the presence of bears? After all,
if the bullish case is valid, the presence of shorters is mere
potential buying power, and is thus to the ultimate benefit of those
who are long a particular stock.

So, why do you stubbornly remain here? It's not as if any of the
regulars here are not exposed to the bullish, buy-and-hold ideology. It is endemic in what passes for financial journalism today.

The earnest diligence of BGR, yourself, and Crawdad in "exposing"
the "erroneous" views promulgated here is quite telling. Being able to exasperate others is just an alternative, but not mutually fulfilling, way of satisfying normal social urges.
