Hi i know you were on pins and needles wondering "How did X do in the big croquet match up?" Well- my partner and I came in first. Not that I care. Not that coming in first was a big deal or anything. We finished about 1/2 hour before anyone else- not that that is any big deal or anything. But it was heaps better than being last. I think the pregame champagne may have loosened me up. I am thinking about taking a little bottle of wine in a brown paper bag to swig at the park before practice. Test out my theory that I play better when slightly crocked. And of course it made the game much more fun.
