I was not in the OZON private placement but that private placement was done at $1.25. Not a single soul in that private placement made money because by the time it was tradable the stock was less than 20 cents. On ABMI, I did purchase some private placement shares from Steve Rash but they were bought at market prices(no discount) in order to help the company. Steve Rash did a convertible debenture without our knowledge before he filed our shares and I sold my stock at a huge loss. This has been posted before on the ABMI threads. CLCK, while the stock did run much like ABMI, and I'm certain many made money, I did not. I sold most of my shares at .25 cents, end of story. EVDS is now EVDSE, which must give you great pleasure, and I am still holding the balance of my shares. BYIT has been previously addressed here. Dave, and I know that's not your real name. You'll be contacted soon for the various crimes that have committed over the last few months while dragging my name, and others, through the mud.
