Very good assumation Elroy... SEC filings, and all my pay services...I'll admit, it had some decent insider buying from 3/5/99 thru 4/1/99, but not a dang thing since then. Another thing I noticed is they have about a 50/50 rate for late filings....Just an indicator that possibly "they are not on top of things"???... I'm just wondering on that one... And, as of: 7 Institutions hold 1.58% of the outstanding shares as of June 30,1999. Of these, 0 established new positions while 2 liquidated their holdings. Overall, Institutions decreased their holdings by <29.33>% for the period. And as of this last week.... theres 1.7 % Inst holders.... No big increase and/or interest.... Why, you keeping secrets??? <laugh> EOM jim
