We are all such experts on this!!! I would take the pure expectorant at night, and the decong. in the morning. You have to time this all just right for maximum lift off and later deceleration. It's an art.

The steroids are working on my throat and lungs, I think. Wed at choir I hit a high B flat and the whole choir cut out and stared at me. I screamed, MY VOICE IS BACK!!!! LET"S DO IT AGAIN!!!!It was kinda loud, but it was because I've been pushing so much to get any volume or clarity that when it came back, I was out of control. I guess it sounds dumb but it was a really wonderful moment- the singer's equivalent of "I can see again!"
