I think what is causing this that you softies see the writing on the wall. The web is everything and right now SUNW is one of key instrastructure player out their. The Satan of Windows is having some difficulty keeping the herd together. They wised up and see the world differently and MSFT has little critical technology for this space. They will buy their way in and that is costly in this environment. You always overpay when you purchase unless it is crap. Now, I know you not might not to admit this consciously, but these are the facts as most sane people can envision it.
