The government, or Government, as some like to spell it, won't be starved for money. They'll have less to be sure, but I think they can find ways to cut expenses. After all, they expect us to cut expenses when they raise taxes.

The way the code is structured now it's almost like a giant behavior modification program. I thought all they wanted was money.
