MYDINER.COM Just thirty days ago, the Company acquired a website named MyDiner.com.
That website holds the largest database of restaurant information available anywhere on the Internet. Two weeks ago, we engaged the services of Ashlee Grissom & Associates to help turn MyDiner.com into a business by selling enhanced information displays to the listed restaurants.
The Ashlee Grissom firm has commenced a market survey focusing on marketing strategy and tactics, price points, desired services and other elements that will help us develop a successful business plan. While the survey isn't complete, we continue to draw substantial customer interest in our plans for MyDiner.com.
It's our intention to make MyDiner.com the premiere web destination for those seeking dining establishments. I believe we're perfectly positioned to accomplish that goal.

LA INTERNET Less than one month ago, the Company completed acquisition of LA Internet, one of the original Internet Host Providers.
We had the good fortune to secure the services of Jim Clarke to head up that division. Jim is perfectly suited to the job.
Jim founded and built a $26 million dollar high tech firm from ground zero to enormous success. He's intimately familiar with sales, marketing and distribution on a national and international basis. His demonstrated leadership abilities in managing a staff of eighty will serve him well as LA Internet develops from a local provider to the national and international powerhouse we envision.
Already, LA Internet has arranged for local-call, dialup access in 560 cities across the country. By the end of July, LA Internet should be accessable in the 700 largest cities in the US, enabling nearly 80% of the population able to log on to the LA Internet computers without any telephone expense to them at all.
This increased capability allows us to make strategic alliances with companies such as the recent contract with Globalist Internet Technologies. Under the terms of our agreement with Globalist, our LA Internet division will act as a service provider for their YourHomework.com and American Cities Online projects.
We're actively seeking other opportunities to put our new nationwide capabilities to best use.
