Talked with Greg about this today and from what I was told and can figure out Greg Neeld was given a slap on the wrist for sending out junk mail!! Back in 94 Greg ran a company called FOCH Electronics that is now Hawkeye Gold. Foch (now Hawkeye) has a listing on the Nasdaq (Otc)and once the company is at $3.00 and I think assets of 4 million they can have a listing on the bulletin board. Now a person requested information on FOCH (pre Hawkeye) and Foch sent it out. In the state of Missori you must register your company in that state to distribute material of securities. No ifs ands or buts period and don't even call the people in Missori. Like I said before The VSE does there home work (they have to!!) and if it was a bad thing then the EOP would be toast. I have known Greg Neeld for three years and never had any problems or heard of any until this and it's a joke. I hope this helps and for more info call Greg Neeld at Hawkeye.

p.s
If there is one thing I noticed is that when Hawkeye Gold puts out a news release it is not old news redone to look like something new.
