Instead of shorts creating a profit warning rumor Friday afternoon, what if this weakness came from the Sycamore story? I am not sure how valid this is, but after hearing a networking consultant talk about how the need for Juniper and Cisco routers may decrease if Sycamore's technology is more widely adopted, I can see how some "shoot first and ask questions later" types could have sold after seeing the meteoric rise of Sycamore on Friday. I would appreciate any comments. Thanks.
