R-- some time ago there was an atty holding and decided to independently sue. He said it would be easy to do multiple independent suits once he prepared his. He felt these little ones would be like buzzing knats as the big guys dropped bombs. He felt they would take care of the knats in order not to have to use the time defending those cases and taking time from the bombs. I believe he was either on the cpq or coms thread,,, this year but timing unknown...
