I have been advised to go on record as agreeing or refusing to participate. If I do not answer
my stock will be thrown into a pot available to Capital Growth and its offer gives it the right to select any stock in the pot up to 2,000,000 shares.

I am not going to make my stock available to Capital Growth for 5 1/2 per share.
