Earnings expected to be released first week in Nov according to ahhto's last post. Believe this is consistent with the time the company reported last year. We should see a clean balance sheet with cash being reported as cash and not held in reserve for the merger since the merger was approved. ( Cash is currently greater than market cap with approx 5 million in cash )

Company's revenues were up over 100% last qtr and according to the company's cash flow statement, the company reported a $250,000 increase in cash during the last 6 months ( reversing a negative trend ). We will still see non cash charges to account for merger with Unicore and Cardware. I am expecting these charges to decrease in the 4th qtr and beyond.

I am anxious to see the company release its new version of Fast Move . . .Checkit 2000 and Checkit factory edition.
