I've been very pleased with Fidelity, Rick. The only complaints I've heard about them relate to their restrictive margin requirements, and I can't use margin in my ira at any rate. I find their Touch Tone Trader option to be an excellent back up to their web based trading system. If the web goes down, they will honor the lower transaction prices even if you use the phone <which has never gone down>. UnQ
