PLANVEST ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE
VANCOUVER, April 10 /CNW/ - Planvest Capital Corp. (the ``Company'') announced today that effective April 1, 1997 the name of the Company has been changed from Planvest Capital Corp. to C.M. Oliver Inc. The Company's trading symbol has also been changed from ``PLV'' to ``OLV'' on both the Toronto and Vancouver stock exchanges. Also effective April 1, 1997 the Company was continued under the Canada Business Corporations Act. ``This marks the beginning of our national campaign to formally announce the merger initiative between Planvest Pacific Financial Corporation and C.M.
