To Windseye and others with exaggerated expectations. To see guestimates of .14 and others not much more realistic is truly depressing. In case it hasn't occured to you, .14 is nearly triple expected earnings!!! What in the world makes you think that cpq will even come close to those numbers? Wishful naivety at best! For heaven's sake get real!! What is even more disturbing is the general consensus that it will take a doubling or more of expectations to get any meaningful price rise in cpq. All you folks are doing is setting yourself up for a tremendous letdown. Let's bring a little realism into the picture. I believe that meeting the .05 is a slam dunk and I would not be surprised to see cpq beet the street estimates by one maybe two pennies. But to suggest that cpq will actually come anywhere close to .14 is living in the land of oz. What bothers me the most is the fact that if cpq were to beat expectations by two (and even three cents) the net result would be a big "ho-hum" and the price of the stock would likely go nowhere. You folks are doing nothing but guaranteeing disappointment and prolonged pain with unrealistic expectations!
