I hope everyone did well on this stock and I agree with you about next few quarters. 56K Flex will make the modem makers some money, everyone wants speed and will pay a few hundred to get it. I never would of guessed that Compaq would be our suitor, but now that it has happened it makes good sense. Compaq has their foot in the door of remote access already and Microcom will increase this presence with excellent central site and remote access. Microcom's modems will now find their way into Compaq's computers and who ever supplied them before will feel the loss. Compaq and Cisco have a good relationship so the buyout should be business as usual for Cisco. I sure enjoyed posting with everyone, I guess I'll sell tomorrow. Anyone have any good ideas on where to put the money, how about Madge Networks?

Sincerely,
Mario
