Hey !!!!!!!, MDI-P Info! I also questioned Troy of the notable advantage of MDI-P over other sterilizing agents such as Diflucin by Pfizer.He said that all competitive agents were: 1>EXPENSIVE (MDI-P is not) 2>TOXIC (mdi-p is not) 3>THE PROCESS WAS TIME CONSUMING (mdi-p is VERY quick) I also asked about the lack of a current 10-k? As luck would have it ,he was working on it when I called.He said it was was due the end of March,but they were lacking some of the necessary components to complete it.They filed for and received a 15 day extension.The 10-k was almost completed when I talked to him and would be in the SEC's hands by Monday morning. Troy was upbeat and very positive with his statements.He assured me that he would release any news the minute it was possible. The background checks on the possible allies were positive.The current talks are progressing well. Let's keep our fingers crossed ,but I think this "little bird" is about to fly.(IMHO) MLSC AWAYYYYYYY!!!!!!! Mike
