Want to know the real reason for the drop? Average commission per new member recruited went up about 10% while revenue per member went down about 10%. Margins also slipped a couple of percentage points. These are additional reasons for the drop in cash flow which were not mentioned by PPD in their "we are surprised" statement. Ted the Technician
