I'm pulling four accounts from DBD, too. Their service stinks. They screwed up some pre-split gifts of Q shares in early April and have yet to straighten it out. Use of SRO mechanism to get any factual problem resolved with any broker is a farce. I'm thinking of hiring pickets and to invite TV cameras to catch the scene in front of DBD's SF offices.
