The contrast couldn't be clearer.
I do have a vested interest in Valence succeeding... I own 274,000 shares with 144,000 bought in the last nine weeks. Mooter has a larger position than I, and tmoney has a similar position to mine. Together we own about 3% of the current shares outstanding.
Its our company you are maligning, and our management you are calling liars, without ever talking to them! You make all sorts of unsubstantiated charges and wild claims with no real basis supporting them. In fact, you seem to have done everything in your power to try and destroy this company, especially if you are the same person who posted as 'nowaynohow' on Yahoo. In fact, that person has accused me of being a paid tout for the stock, which I vehemently deny!
As fairly large holders, we don't benefit from trying to 'talk the stock down', then trying to jump in when the risk/reward is better... for whatever its worth we need to focus on longer term fundamentals and seize market inefficiencies when we see them.
I view the three recent sell-offs below 5 as being caused by a large motivated seller... These have been great buying opportunities for longer term investors like me. I hope they haven't been dissuaded by your self-serving commentary, and baseless charges.
