TO ARMYSEAL:

Maybe right about other or bigger fish to fry. Came across a recent 10KSB of KBF on the web today in which KBF describes its version of the lawsuit with SLUP. In there, KBF alleges that PRINCIPALS OF MYERSON verified the existence of executed contracts for SLUP projects in China. So if SEC is taken with the issue of the existence or not of SLUP's China contracts, it would naturally want to checkout the allegations of KBF that Myerson verified their existence. So looking into Myerson may be involved and may be the cause, in part, of the extended duration of the investigation. Once that can of worms is opened, who know what they found. Certain that Myerson got caught heavily short in the run-up to 5 15/16 from 2.5 during the three weeks subsequent to SLUP's announcement of the great news about the Kemper deal which was abruptly halted on 5/1 by the investor's best friends.

Also, with repspect to your comment about SLUP's silence and a "restraining order" , I do not believe that there is anything preventing SLUP from revealing all of the particulars of what the SEC staff told it they believed was irregular. Naturally, if SLUP disagrees with those findings it is understandable why they would not want to publish them. That SLUP argeed to consent to some of them is not the same as their having admitted that they were wrong.
