S.W, when FRTI announces a Letter of Intent, the DEAL is DONE...
for all intent and purposes, IMO... The confirmation by Press Release will come when the Website has already been modified to accommodate Herzog... I have the feeling that this may well take place this week... I have also noticed interest in the stock from the usual e-mailing Promoters and I think we're close to a BREAK OUT... The whole situation is currently very BULLISH for FRTI...
As for Herzog, my research reveal a well rounded Firm of excellent reputation, involved in Market Making, Brokerage to Institutions as well as Private Investors and Brokerage access to Foreign Markets in Europe...
