Larry: Be careful the 820 doesn't really work :) May want to wait for the "downsized" 840 that is rumored to be appearing soon. (The 840 uses ECC which is unlikely to be a part in any mainstream PC, but also has better engineered data paths). The PC100/PC133 ratio will be more than 10:1 for awhile longer. PC133 now at about a 25% premium to PC100 which is about where it has been.
