'I want to create a lasting impact on people's lives'- Pradeep Singh

It is the urge to 'give back to his Country' that made Pradeep Singh chuck his high profile job in Microsoft and set up Net Quest in India. Money was not a problem as his kitty is full of Microsoft stocks. As Singh himself admitted in an Indian publication, 'It's like a lottery.' Even then, it was not a smooth sail for him since he had to shift focus and restructure his business accordingly. In the process, Net Quest transformed into Aditi Technologies and is growing by leaps and bounds. Married with two children, Singh shares his thoughts and ambition in this interview with Indiainfo.com. Excerpts below.......

What is it that appeals to you most about India?

What is it about India? Let me think? India is about meeting a smart engineer and thinking, "Hey! He's as good as the guys I worked with at Microsoft!" India is about floating tranquilly down the backwaters of Kerala. India is about climbing up in the Himalayas. India is about travelling on the roof of a bus. India is about meeting up with family and friends. India is about coming back home..
