I did... Louis R. asked him what he thought about the international markets, and the banking sector, thanks to the banking bill that made it through congress. I believe he said that he was big on banks, and mentioned First Union, Union Planters, Countrywide Credit, Banco Santander, and Espirito Santo. He also asked the special guest about the European Central Bank's position that they might raise rates, and he and the guest both thought they were crazy to think about raising rates.
