Jeff,

Shelly Kraft is no longer there. He apparently left under an internal investigation for selling unregistered securities. Meyerson knew about the SEXI situation long before it actually melted down. The big question in my mind is whether the profited from it.

As to their continuing business MO, I do not have first hand information to confirm or deny that more of this is happening. IMHO it is still very possible.
