<... credability LOST!> I TOTALLY disagree, better said is 'credability not regained, as yet' MC will not blow his (and our) opportunity ... it's here and it's now ... the platform/timing might not be the BEST but it/MC should be able to show/display a turnaraound-in-progress(TIP). That's a TIP of a major/powerful/technically-adept company where there are FMs awaiting just signs of a TIP before leaping in. MC from what I feel is extremely astute and (1) as a technical person he is focused on process, and (2) manager (and respected Rosen choice) is focused on results. MC'll do it for CPQ and us !! Michael
