Hutch predicted on the Nostradamus thread that China would devalue her Yuan on 11th August 1999. But no devaluation occurred on that day and he kept quiet about it!

I think Hutch will be wrong again! This is 1999, not 1998!

Hutch was "right" in 1998 but rather fortuitously. In hindsight, when there was such a concerted effort to drive the POG down, no wonder he was soooo right!

A friend of mine reported to me what he read in a highly influential international newsletter:-

.......But gold genie is out of bottle, and aside from setbacks, it's unlikely the gold bull market can be stopped. As a chartist I note, basis London PM fix, a pullback to 289.15 would be 50% normal technical retracement of recent upswing and a great buy-more spot. But you would have to place orders now, not after the event. Traders hope for pullback to 300-310. One day soon you will wake up to a $100 overnight rise, so don't be naked out. Producer buy-backs are coming...........etc., etc.
