Hi Dusty- Yes getting the filing done is one of the top priorities with this company. I'm unaware of a company not being able to release news during the filing process, could you direct me to the link on the sec page on that? For now its taken the new management longer than they had expected to clean up the mess that was left behind. MDCE has all the their numbers together now, took long than expected, but the books were a mess, you may remember the 10K of 97???. They are now looking for a firm to come in and do the actual audit.
