SGP already loss the money, they are not going to lose more, the drug research is halted by FDA (not only for zona, but also for Senetek), it is not only useless, but also harmful, this is going nowhere. SGP is not selling a dime of it, not even in Mexico, even in Brazil it was halted by the Health Ministry. This is zero value, even rest of "research" was abandoned, except for the cash at hand, maybe $1 or $2 for share, possibilities:
1. find a small biotech without money, but with real science (too much work for Joe P, he will have to learn to read).
2. keep the spending in nice salaries, bonuses, stock options until the cash is gone and Joe P. and the likes go into the sunset (nice wallpaper leftover).
3. an extraordinary dividend of $2 per share and wallpaper the house, dismantle the corporation.
4. the "shareholders rights" recently approved by the board was to protect the cash from a cheap takeover after heavy shorting by hostile forces, so not even a cheap takeover is a possibility. Nobody will takeover except for the cash, so no takeover is possible.
