El-- again,, we can just hope but in my mind I feel it is a 3 year writeoff with no hope for full recovery,,, we gave him a chance,, Tues he shows us if we were wrong or partially correct,, it will take many more than 1 qtr.. I'll be moving on a little at a time after each tax sale,, no matter the price. Had I bailed and went to one or two others that went well I would be even now,,,
