"The Coppermine inside the testmachine was a 667 MHz one, overclocked to 733 MHz (no multiplier lock)!"
What? Intel does not have enough 733 parts to
send samples to reviewers? Cool...

Ali - Isn't it more likely Intel took a 667MHz part which just happens to naturally run at 733MHz (with multiplier off). This is not overclocking. This is just a 667MHz part with 10% guard band. Probably, Intel didn't want to give them a 733MHz part, which with a reasonable guard band could run at 800MHz with the multiplier off. Maybe, they just didn't want any 800+MHz benchmarks out there yet. It is inconceivable to me that Intel can not produce as many 733MHz parts as it wants. Am I missing something here?
