catcher, I expect the stock to drop a bit as the courts announce which Friday the fact findings will be released. If for example it is this Friday, i would expect a selloff on the news but i would think that people will load up on Friday and push the stock higher. My reason is the worst case is already priced into the stock. Even if there is some hope for MSFT, the stock goes up past 100, easily!! If it is as bad as expected, the stock stays in the mid 90s for a little longer(unless the market itself starts to rocket up).
