Being short Inktomi may not be such a bad thing <g>.

The plot thickens. The web data is still off and, in my case, has gotten worse. They cleared out my 'order status' screen (thus depriving me of my only 'audit trail'), added a bunch of bogus transactions to my 'account history' and the balances are further off than before. HOWEVER, when I called in, they have the correct positions & balances to the penny. So why are their computers accurate yet the web isn't? This is very un-Schwab like.

At the end of the day, I can live with outages frustrating as they can be. But this is the 1st time in the decade+ I've been with Schwab that they just couldn't report the accounting accurately. That shakes the confidence/trust a bit. I took down the extension/name/time/etc. of the guy I spoke with and I can only hope they keep the tape of our phone call should problems arise down the line. Its the only 'proof' I have available to me at this point given what they're showing/not showing on the web.
