The SEC would not give an extension "E" if company was not making a valid effort to become reporting. With so many companies falling under the new rules the SEC probably would just delist most companies without giving an extension. I personally view this as a positive. I think becoming a fully reporting company would increase the share price instantly. I still like the patented technology.
