Ron,

If I could try to make money off this company, I would,
but its tough to "short" anything on the OTC without
the help of a penny-stock brokerage and those houses
are more interested in selling shares than shorting
them.

Anyway, granted you could be right. This company could
be a turnaround but then, I bought it a week before the
last management turnover back in '96.

All I can say is good luck. You have been warned by
us, you got nobody but yourself to blame if you get
worked by this issue.
