Barbara and Vivian, I belive that Hilton spun off Park Place Entertainment in a 1 for 1 stock split so to answer your question I don't beleive that Hilton owns any. I know that Steve Bollenbach set up PPE with its own Board of Directors and CEO, Arthur Goldberg. Hilton probably still has board members (Bollenbach) and officers (Bollenbach, again). Cheers, Steve
