But don't bother telling me again that there is no difference between 820/RDRAM and 440BX/SDRAM, because you're wrong.

It's fair to say the difference is small, even when using the fastest RDRAM speed grade. When using the 600/700 speed grades, RDRAM is actually slower than PC100 on some tests (Win98 business).

This could be counted as a modest success, if only RDRAM cost the same as SDRAM.
