FWIW....Vocalis, Inc. Announces Key Appointment

CAMBRIDGE, U.K.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 25, 1999--Vocalis, Inc., the international speech technology company, is very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Rudy J. Cadet as its new Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Cadet is leaving a senior marketing position at California-based speech products company General Magic, Inc. to take responsibility for building the U.S. market for Vocalis, Inc.'s new advanced speech recognition product, SpeechWare, and also its Internet services, SpeechMail and SpeecHTML.

Vocalis will be in the U.S. exhibiting at SpeechTEK, New York Hilton & Towers, New York, in booth 218, and ISPCON, McEnery Centre, San Jose, in booth 828.
